How many times do you have to do this every week? Every day?
im doing this after i ate breakfast and around 9 in the evening. So twice a day + the Chest workouts twice a day and im already seeing difference of what i was 1/2 weeks ago.
so i’ve been working out for quite a while now, how do i know if my stomach muscles are growing, i’ve noticed some changes but i just want something more clear, i’m 17 and i’m a girl..can anyone answer?

@surviver1000 well make sure you give time for your muscles to relax (like other comments have said.) but also remind yourself that you should also eat right and do cardio. and after doing this for a few weeks, there is indeed a level 2! i have been doing this myself for awhile, and i been doing level 2 after i finish level 1. it’s a bit tiring, but it definetly shows my abs a lot more than it has when i done level 1. just make sure to do cardio and eat right! good luck!
@MrSexyPilgrim may be not , i think u are doing is you r using your neck you just need your neck to be straight and relax
everytime i do this i lift my feet off the ground for every exercise.. it hurts way more but get way better results

@MrSexyPilgrim Maybe because your used to the abb work out for the first time you do it the next day your abs tummy will hurt but fiy uo do it more then 1 time a day your neck is what’s gonna hurt
