Question by StudioPink: What is the best exercise to lose weight?
I need to lose 1 stone i am 8 stone right now.
I need to exercise but I dont know the best exercise to do. Can someone help me please! I dont want dietery guidlines I want to be safe and exercise!

Join a sports team or gym, just do daily exercise – running, interval training just make sure it’s intense. Also here is a tip: the key to losing weight is to burn more calories than you are taking in. You can do this with friends or family if you want to make it less boring.

    jogging. notice i said jogging NOT running. if you try to run you will burn out and won’t wanna exercise the next time. if you keep a walking/jogging pace you will lose weight and your body will be able to re-cooperate and go again in a day or two (you won’t get burned out). I have been exercising for about ten years and walking/jogging/running is the undisputed king of exercise trust me. You may not feel it working at first, but trust me, you will start to see results within two weeks. Don’t worry about going fast, just walk/jog at your pace for approx. 30 min. 3 times a week (shoot for that). Just don’t burn yourself out, slow and steady wins the race!! remember to drink plenty of water before and after or you won’t have the energy to do it. I drink 34oz. before and after. once you start noticing results you can mix in simple low repetition calisthenics like push ups and crunches for example. the guy with the website link is trying to sell you something by the way. no pill can make you into an athlete. did michael jordan pop a pill to become a great player? does phelps swim so fast because he popped a pill, so that he didn’t even need to train? i think not. good luck.

    You should be doing aerobic and anaerobic exercises. Here what I mean.

    A aerobic exercise is like jogging or riding a stationary bike. These types of exercises are great for burning calories or fat. The problem is they only burn calories or fat at that exact time your performing the exercise.

    The anaerobic exercises are like strength training.(weight lifting) These also burn fat when you are doing the actual exercise, but they also burn fat when your body is at rest by speeding up your metabolism.

    Why? how?

    Because it takes more energy(calories) to maintain a muscle than fat.

    So what I would do is a split routine where on certain days you do strength training and on opposite days you do aerobic exercises.

    Sex is always a good choice, but that’s because I like sex and can have sex every day. Choose something YOU enjoy doing and that you can do every day. Walking. Jogging. Biking. Dancing. Heck, horseback riding is great exercise … if you happen to live near a stable.

    running works so many different muscle groups and helps you burn fat at such a rapid pace. Just go on a 30 minute job once a day and eat healthy. You can also look into some weight loss products, there are some great ones on the market today.

    Go take a swim.
    Take a walk around the park.
    When you have nothing to do and think to your self that you are just going to sit and watch tv.
    Then don’t stand up go out and jog,run,walk,swim just something .
    Because this will not only make lose weight it will literally change your life to a better way.
